In collaboration with one of our esteemed partner consolidator companies, we have successfully negotiated a comprehensive first to last mile logistics solution tailored specifically for the handling of bulky goods. This solution encompasses the entire logistics chain from pickup and consolidation to final delivery and includes the management of undelivered goods, which are returned to the clients warehouse in Poland.

To accommodate the specific requirements of these goods, we have arranged for a flexible linehaul solution from Poland to one of the partner's warehouses using 3.5-ton vans. Additionally, for instances of scaling and promotional activities, we have provisions for full truckload (FTL) transportation to ensure capacity meets demand.

Critical to the success of this operation are the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) we have established, which guarantee swift pickups and timely injections of goods into the last mile carriers' networks. This ensures efficiency and reliability throughout the delivery process, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

For a Czech startup specializing in cross-border deliveries, we established a new cross-dock in Slovenia and coordinated local first-mile collections with a local company. Given Slovenia's strategic position as a major exporting hub, we were tasked with organizing linehauls across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. We implemented several express (24h) linehauls to various injection points tailored to local last-mile cut-off times, enabling next-day deliveries to Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and the Baltics. For the Baltics, we optimized the route by splitting the linehaul, using Poland as an intermediary point for a specialized linehauler with daily trips to Kaunas. For Bulgaria and Greece, we bypassed Hungary and Romania by arranging transport through Serbia, utilizing direct highway routes to expedite deliveries and streamline customs documentation. Additionally, we managed the transport and scanning of returns to meet the consolidator’s specific requirements.

For a prominent Bulgarian brand, we developed and implemented a comprehensive first to last mile logistics solution, facilitating the pickup and injection of goods into their warehouses in Zagreb (HR) and Sofia (BG). From these hubs, distribution extended throughout their network across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This project also involved leveraging our local expertise to optimize last-mile delivery costs, establish special linehauls for custom projects, localize the logistics dashboard, and onboard clients effectively.

5. Injection to Local Last Mile Provider: Once sorted and processed, the parcels were seamlessly injected into the network of our trusted local last mile providers. This ensured efficient final mile deliveries, meeting the diverse delivery needs of our client's customers.
6. Returns Handling: In addition to outbound deliveries, we managed the returns process with precision. Undelivered parcels were promptly identified, and we arranged for their swift return to the correct warehouse in Budapest, maintaining the integrity of the supply chain.
