Born in 1986 in Koper, Slovenia, a major port city at the crossroads of cultures, I am fluent in Slovenian, Italian, English, and Serbo-Croatian. As a devoted father of two boys and with over twenty years in a fulfilling relationship, my personal interests in sports, history, and traveling enrich both my life and professional pursuits in e-commerce logistics.

I embarked on my e-commerce journey in 2009 by opening a niche online store in Slovenia. This venture soon expanded to include cross-border sales to Italy, introducing me to the complexities of international e-commerce such as cash on delivery systems, last-mile courier logistics, and platform integrations. In these early days, I handled everything from translations and website setup to logistics and marketing. My commitment to understanding all aspects of the business also led me to Guangzhou, China, before the pandemic, where I explored new products and experienced the local culture firsthand.

In 2019, I transitioned from my entrepreneurial ventures to join a prominent Czech logistics consolidator as the Country Manager for Slovenia. There, I was instrumental in establishing new last-mile contracts, enhancing customer support, and refining pricing strategies. After enriching our client base and acquiring a deep understanding of large-scale logistics networks, I pursued further growth opportunities.

My next role was as Chief Operations Officer for a Czech startup, where I managed extensive cross-border logistics networks across multiple European countries. My leadership helped escalate our operations from zero to handling over a million parcels annually in just one year.

Currently, I serve as an independent agent for a Bulgarian company specialized in fulfillment services and cross-border deliveries. In this capacity, I have expanded our services to include non-EU markets like China, Turkey, and the USA, developing our operational and customer service strategies and establishing strong industry connections that continue to drive our company's growth.
